Something about the historical moment that this trial is mixed with Stormy going into WAY too much detail on their encounters while Trump farts up the courtroom absolutely kills me, like imagine reading about this in history class

The emphasis on her being a "porn" star vs adult film actress is intended to discredit her. Same with the defense focusing on her other activities in the adult film industry. It's the old 'how can a sex worker be raped' trope coupled with putting her sex history in the record as a way to discredit her just as is done in rape trials.

I got two ads after the video ended. One of them was of former President Obama asking for donations for President Biden's campaign, because small donations helped the last time. The other was of former President Trump asking for campaign donations, while saying that he's leading in donations and every poll, and that it's the end of the country if he loses, etc.

Such a stark contrast between their methods.

Here is one of my issues with this trial. The details of the sexual encounter do matter. They should not be glossed over. They are why he wanted this to stay silent so badly. They 100% give intent as far as covering up the affair (somewhat because they make him look weak). Do they prejudice the jury against trump? Very possibly BUT the entire case does that already. All of the truth needs to come to light.
