Jamaica's First ITAL FOOD FEST!

I can't believe how much amazing Ital Food was at this festival! This was the first of it's kind at Plantation Cove Jamaica, with tons of celebrity chefs like Aris LaTham, guest speakers like Queen Afua & Mutabaruka and tons of music and vibes. I had some amazing RAW ackee dish, mountain sop juice and Hypa roots tonic, spicy sorrel kombucha, Ital polenta and meatballs, zucchini pasta Jamaican style, and finished it off with an insane dessert zen bowl of acai. I lived on St. Thomas V.I. for 15 years and only hung with Rastas. I ate only what they ate and was in the best of heath. I moved back to the states and started eating fast food. I am now in the worst health I have ever been. Their lifestyle is very good for health and mental wealth.
