I've been putting a motorcycle engine in my lawn mower for the last year and it's finally time to show you the progress. The only thing original on this build is the lawn mower bodywork. The frame is completely custom build, and the engine is from a KZ440 motorcycle!

Having 5 speeds and a lot more HP than a stock lawn mower is going to make this thing RIP!

This build includes 3D printing, 3D laser scanning, Autodesk Fusion 360 design work, CNC plasma cutting, and a whole lot of thinking outside the box.

It's going to be fast, fun...and a little sketchy.

I'm very curious, with the steering rack being mounted directly to the front axle like that, do bumps upset the steering very much? I only ask because I like that a lot, and am giving serious consideration to using that on mine, but mine will be seeing trails more than pavement. Either way, very, very nice work
