I love the way these judges chewed this stupid broad out. Like.... I knew that lying in court wasn't okay WHEN I WAS SIX. So.... How in the Hell can a CHILD PROTECTIVE WORKER believe that lying in court to steal children in court is acceptable?

My SW not only lied, she went back to the office and started screaming. The other SW who heard her then went to court under subpoena, and told the court about the behavior of the 1st SW. the first SW went on a leave of absence never came to court but her lies against me stand to this day.

Your advice was right on Do not try to fight the system before you get your kids back. Get your kids back then sue, protest, work to change laws. That is what Michelle Chan is doing and others. I left the state first, others may wait until the children are grown. Do not come out to the public until you and your children are safe from them. They are not going to give up a million $. They will come after you though and sometimes even your lawyers and family. WORK TO CHANGE LAWS!!

A similarly disproportionate percentage of the nation's prison population is comprised of former foster youth. Less than 3% go to college and 51% are unemployed.

I met Jacob in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jacob is a smart young man, yet he says he was never taught the life skills needed to step into adulthood.

I called my case worker a C*NT and then she had my daughter removed for no reason claiming neglect no proof no evidence refused to let family take her which is VERY illegal in Texas and the fosters were set on adoption from day 1 my daughter yelled to my dad at 3yrs old " save me papa" and he will never be the same. that was after 2 weeks in their care at a visit they refused to let family visit only mom how effing weird and illegal they let her dad bring 3 different girlfriends to his visits over 18 months but her maternal grandfather wasn't allowed..

I'm so sorry for your traumatic experience. I'm a regular member & supporter of Mr. McMillan & his work. I still don't understand what the incentive is for these workers to lie. And yes, I do believe they do lie & fabricate info. What does CPS get out of these actions?

I wasn’t allowed to record my interview with the case worker in my home I’m in California an he came a second time an still didn’t allow me to record this is what I’m thinking know they could easily lie since he didn’t allow me record 🤔if some one could help me
