i always just assumed alluka is biologically female and her family didnt want a daughter so they refer to her as "he" 🤷‍♀️ or maybe they didn’t consider her part of the family so they said they only had sons, excluding alluka

Maybe Alluka really is a girl. What I mean is that, maybe when they were younger, Alluka really wanted to be a girl and so Killua being the brother that he is, asked Nanika to turn her into one. And perhaps that's the reason why the rest of the family refuses to acknowledge Alluka's present form. Because the transformation was done using Nanika's power. Power, which the Zoldycks are very worried of due to its mysterious nature. And may hold some hidden repercussions. And in addition as to why the Zoldycks have disowned Alluka. It's because in their minds, Alluka's new form, is not the real Alluka anymore. But Nanika, taking full control of their child's body, by manipulating Killua to make the wish. When in reality, that isn't the case.

I don’t know if I should hate her or not. She saved Gon by healing his injuries but made Killua and Gon leave each other.
Edit: Don’t worry, I don’t hate her now. I just had a love and hate relationship with her but it’s all good.
