I was thinking that guy with the mutation Quirk will be part of a OVA or another new film set after the Epilogue chapters. Not exactly as a villain per say, but rather as someone that would be manipulated or used because of his Quirk.Though as it stated here in the summery, it might not be the case anymore.

It’s actually interesting story, Izuku and Ochako both have traumatic experience with both saves people and destroy making Sacrificing to saves the world, both loves each other's as teammates including couples togetherness too

Nah I’m coping that Deki will have some quirk and that when Shigaraki and Deki hit All for one at the same time Shigaraki gave Deku a quirk possibly gave him the 1st user of OfA back.

Even though Deku and Uraraka weren't actually confirmed to be together, they're well on the right track, besides a confession wouldn't have fit in well when you think about it. Uraraka was grieving, suffering, what she needed was reassurance, a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, and now that Deku has given her that and more they have even better chances of being healthy together. If we get a timeskip where Deku and Uraraka are shown together I'd be ok with it cause this was a fantastic end to their arc even if it doesn't end up in a romantic relationship... just yet. We still have one chapter to go. 😊
