It looks like a high tech version of tracking for the rhythm method. It's probably more accurate than just tracking days on a calendar, bu not the most effective choice. There's also a legitimate concern that in some places menstrual cycle tracking is a serious privacy issue, and it might be best to not store that data where anyone other than you can access it (so not in the cloud).
It's really interesting that you can use that days to optimize your workout.
