May I Ask what’s the point of airplane mode? It doesn’t have cellular or WiFi so it’s basically to disable the Bluetooth? And if the Bluetooth is disabled how do the app communicate with the ring to deactivate airplane mode? I’m puzzled. Also do any of the rings have find my feature.

Great video thank you.. I tried the aura ring twice and I'm a terrible sleeper so to me that was the most important data and many times I sat up and didn't move for 2 hours just listening to a podcast and it said I was sleeping the whole time. I've always thought that these rings are better for someone that sleeps 7 to 9 hours

Just something for women to consider/keep in mind with period tracking & Oura, check the T&Cs and who they may share that data with if you live in the US (just in terms of changes in different states to reproduction & legalities, etc.).

Great video - I'm leaning toward the ultrahuman, as the seamless feel/weight is appealing & seems to hit the sweet spot across the board. And a good point you made about accuracy, and not getting too hung up on exacts, and just use it for baselining and broader tracking as in 'when I do X I see this measure go up/down/no change', etc.
