Thx for the clear explanation, I've got my two Scarlett's up and running in Ableton!

So I have a Tascam Model 12 as my main device and I added a Scarlet 18i20 as a second device and created an aggregate device to hold both. Problem is, I can only hear headphone out on the Tascam. How do I hear headphone out on both devices when recording from Logic Pro. I can see the Tascam and Scarlett inputs in Logic, so the inputs all work fine. I just want to be able to hear headphones both in the Tascam AND the Scarlett. Right now, the Scarlet has no headphone output on either of the 2 headphone outs.

Connected as shown in the video but only one device work at a time. Not able to play all the selected device at the same time

Can you select specific input channels instead of entire channels?

Unfortunately, studio one does not see the aggregate device in input devices, but it does see it in output devices, but that is of no use to me.
