Just one sidenote, always check how many total net carbs there are because even though they’re under the keto title, some have so many! I also suggest to see what the ingredients are because sometimes they will put something into it that you don’t normally expect and it might be something you don’t like. So far I left everything I’ve had except for the mushroom burger. Thank you for sharing your experience, there’s some in there that I haven’t tasted yet so I was glad to see! Good luck on your journey, I think you’re great!

I also forgot to say, you can let those ice packs melt and you cut them open with the water running you could put the gel down the drain because it supposed to be safe and then you just recycle the rest. The packaging is all recyclable. Loved the turkey chili was amazing and those brussels sprouts were grilled and absolutely delicious!! Can’t wait to see what you thought!

Thank you for this. It’s helpful to see the meals “in person” versus pictures on websites where the scale can be misinterpreted. This video was from over 7 months ago.
