ROCKTAPE vs KTTAPE vs Generic Kinesiotape, What is the difference?

What is the difference between the different types of kinesiotapes? RockTape and KT Tape Spidertech, all sorts are out there but what makes them different .What is it for and what can it help??

I like this video, thanks so much. Ive used kt tape cotton but it didnt stay on long. Ive been wondering whether to buy kt tape pro or rock tape but since ive used kt tape before i think ill stick to that one. Ithink you are right, it may work different for different people. I hadnt thought about it that way!

The difference is that the more expensive one will make the manufacturer richer in less time. A plastic band won't fix anything. It's a scientific fact.

It's all proprioception. Any claim for muscle activation or inhibition is such a gross over reach that it shouldn't be considered a result of the tape.  correcting position, movement patterns and getting people to move better is the name of the game. The power and endurance applications are nonsense as well. All things considered a great video until the last 2 min. I personally don't like KT and have had way better use with ROCK. Aroo!
