0:44 My channel is doing pretty much as expected for someone who can't record lol sometimes i gain a sub, sometimes i lose a sub.

1. I actually did work on this a little, playing with it adding a channel trailer, selecting playlists and so on.
2. I actually worked on my Header for my channel and made the picture icon...and soon ill be replacing them with updated ones
3. I have been working and thinking about my "branding" the tags and so on.
4. I'm not that great at making thumbnails, It's hard to make my own personal thumbnails when there are SO many gaming channels.
5. When i can actually record, I try to upload videos 3 - 5 videos a week... maybe more if my editing program doesn't act like an idiot
6. Been looking into SEO more, even going back to some older videos to edit tags, and the titles, and it has helped a little bit.

Oh, yes, there's lots I need to improve on. I need better lighting; however, I have been adding in as much natural daylight which is helping until I can afford better lights. I also know I probably need to put my face out there.. but I'm shy, so eventually, I might show my face, that I'm sure is something that makes my channel not so great. I am still working on tags and learning how all this works. Oh, I need to learn about channel tags, thanks for sharing, I didn't know about those. I have improved my publishing schedule and once Camp NaNoWriMo is over I'll be revamping my schedule for the remaining of the next few months.
