Quick What I eat in a day VLOG. I'm finishing up my cut and moving on to muscle building! I try to eat the majority of my carbs around my pre and post workout meals. I find that my lifts are significantly affected if I am under fueled or if I've been in a calorie deficit for too long. AKA it will affect my GAINS!

Would love to see more asian cuisine in the health and wellness space. What do you think?
