I have z625. at first I connect it to tv like that in this video. then I found out the optical audio connector are available in both z625 and the tv sony a80k and eventually using that instead. the optical connection is so much better, clear, no noise at all. Thus I suggest you get z625 rather than z623 😂

I never found my answer yet, motherboard got two audio port one is black which is mainly for subwoofer, and just up above it is the two channe port. So if this sound system got a 3.5 mm jack for left, right, and ground then what is the purpose of my motherboard's subwoofer output port?


My old creative sound system looked exactly the same as z623 but it got two 3.5mm jack coming out of it so that i can connect the black one to subwoofer port of motherboard and the stereo one to the 2 channel port.
