This sounds a lot like what the Catholic priest who help bring me into the Church taught. Augustine is a giant in western thought for a reason, but admits he is working through the problem and dosnt have all the answers. Often I find putting Greek and Latin thought into English (or some other 3rd language) results in the same thought expressed differently.

I agree with a lot of your points. I do not agree in total depravity, and I am anything, but a Calvinist, but I do disagree with you. Humanity is not intrinsically, good or basically good human kind is essentially evil who will choose the wrong thing if they are given the chanceonly God’s grace changes that if you think humans are basically good look at what’s going on in Gaza right now look at what’s going on in the Ukraine look at what’s happening to the people in Africa and Christian Christians, so no human beings are not basically good only God’s grace changes them into being good

Just like biblical and historical evidence proves that jesus and his apostles were vegatarians biblical and historical evidence also proves that the trinity, atonement, original sin and hell are very late misinterpretations and are not supported by the early creed hence its not a part of Christianity I pray that Allah swt revives Christianity both inside and out preserves and protects it and makes its massage be witnessed by all people but at the right moment, place and time
