as a bengali I would rather have a larger chunk of the nations budget going to southern states like andhra rather than states like bihar or for that matter bengal, because while andhra will use the money for stimulus to industries, which would turn create jobs for everyone in the nation, including people from bihar and bengal, they money would be mismanaged if given to bengal or bihar as the money will be wasted giving out doles to voters during election season.So I support special status for andhra, despite not being a native of andhra.
