I'm in my late 40s and have been sick with multiple illnesses (including covid) since November. I have always been into martial arts and bodyweight calisthenics which I credit for keeping me flexible and feeling youthful. I saw this video last week, went and bought two 40 pound kettlebells. I just finished this workout which took me 50 minutes. I did not realize how much my fitness levels had deteriorated and this workout kicked my ass! I realize now that this will be my primary workout in order to get into even better shape than I was before. Thank you so much.

Just want to tell you how much I love your workout videos. I have MS. I’m not supposed to be walking. I did 5 circuits of this workout on Monday with two 50lb. It whooped my ass. Keep them coming. I’ve been a martial artist since I was 7 and have done a fair amount of personal training over the years. Love the way you put your workouts together. Ass busting. Time saving. Awesome results!

Exercise is nothing without good nutrition. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried diet from site Next Level Diet and currently it's working perfectly for me. I could recommend it.

This one kicked my ass! I don't think I have done one of Coaches circuits with so many complexes and exercises in a single round. I had to dig deep to not turn it into a single round "finisher". Well worth it in the end.

I went and bought 2-30 lb kettlebells after seeing this workout. It made chandler suck some wind in that short but effective time frame. Must be a great workout.

I have to be very careful with manmakers, with my back. Usually use 15-20 lb dumbbells. For me it’s push-up, row each arm separately, then up and overhead. 5-8 in a set. Killer!

Amazing, I just did it with my two 16kgs Kettlebell, the two first rounds were good, toughs but Ok, the third round was a killer, perfect balance between push/pull and cardio thanx coach !!!

Loved doing every one of your workouts that have Man-makers, and this one looks particularly brutal, especially with all the carrying in-between the deconstruction sets. But I look forward to this challenge!
