yea u can do this on short nails as well. and if the nails are very very short, just use a striper brush and make thin lines ... that will give the desired effect !

yea it does look good on long nails. I think it would work with short nails too. I think you would have to foucs more on how much of each color you put on to make it work. Maybe a little less of each color. Great video!
