Black Starting Screen Freeze Fix + Intro Skip - Windows 10/Steam - Might and Magic Heroes 6

If you experience a black screen and game crash immediately when you try to open the game, try the fixes in this video.
I also explain how you can set your game to automatically skip all the splash screens possible as well as the intro video.

I ve done it and it worked perfectly but the next day when I ve tried to play it again it wouldn t work
The game wouldn t start at all but it would show that picture/logo when you run the game and it wold stay stuck and it doesn t show in the task manager as if the game has been opened
Could you give some advice about what could I do?

I bought game key for Ubisoft launcher, activated installed, black screen fixed but it says: "cant to connect to conflux invalid key"

vsync also needs to be enabled - in game options or config file

This straight up means, that you cannot even change video-mode.
I had it on windowed first and it started up. I didn't like the window and there is no Borderless window, as the game is too old. If you switch once, it will "always" start in fullscreen.
First time worked on fullscreen, now whenever i startup in windowed and change, the game crashes at once.

I am not getting a black screen, instead I my screen freeze at desktop, I can hear the game running, I can click stuff, but I can't see the game itself. The mouse icon changes to the game's icon while still on my desktop.

Tried the first fix, running in window mode did work, but if I back to fullscreen and skip the opening the game just crashes.
If i change from window to fullscreen on menu, the game stop responding, just freezes..

It works, but it's window mode...

Tried the second fix, doesn't work at all. I really wish ubisoft get acquired, they're about to. The only bad thing is, the company which will acquire them is even worse.
So, hopefully they'll sell the HoMM franchise to ANYBODY else. Can't be worse than them, right?

This happen in VII part too... but do not work theses fix... :( only start message of epilepsy, then nothing... cursor loading forever...

Great, if you run game with ubisoft connect you can't change windows 8 to 7 cos they want key to game and u used one already. Game is running, but still during campagin i can't see anything.
