my prob is no dots circling, but if i restart with press the power button its work just like normal

Just hold the power button + shift for 10 secs

I had same issue was stuck for 1hr like this I held off button and as soon as it clicked off pressed the start button. It now going through repairing disk drivers. Hope this helps somebody, I could cry now when working taking off all my images to hard drive

Its fix it self dont shut down or power off

It's a ram problem replace your ram with new one

Try putting the Boot on Fast so it launches very fastly, thank me later
