need new video of new version of the 30K. New version does not have voice commands anymore been looking for it for 2 years.also the new app on phone can be more user friendly it disapears more in use then old one.

Are you aware that the app does not work it crashes immediately when you attemp to load it?

if i hold those buttons to check the battery level it try's to pare a new phone

Please help! I use earbuds plugged into my Sena 30k. When my music stops to take a call or chat with someone after hanging up the music starts playing again at max volume. Even when I turn the music almost all the way down (like it displays in the app) pause it and then play it again it's blasting my eardrums. I've played with the settings on my phone and factory reset the device. It still does it. Is this an issue with my 30k or a common problem with other 30ks using earbuds? I cannot get any help with this. Your support website hasn't been loading for the last month or so!
