30K Tech Notes:
1. The 30K will automatically go into Phone Pairing when powered on for the first time.
2. The 30K will automatically go into Phone Pairing when powering it on after performing a Factory Reset.
3.The 30K will automatically go into Phone Pairing when powering it on after selecting "Delete All Pairings" from the Configuration Menu then turn it off.
