I grew up in Indy Avon actually I remember when I was a little boy our basement kept flooding flood like two or three times it was pretty big deal. I remember having a crew winter out in our house digging up the inside of the basement. I guess they put a French drain or something all the way around and connected it to the sump pump Being cold as hell in the contractors coming over weren’t wearing jackets or hats or gloves my mom felt bad for them. Gave them all cold weather gear. I guess they thought that it was a gift because they took that hat and gloves with them lol she wanted them back. Forgive my errors this is a voice to text comment
