Not sure why I’ve not seen any of your videos before. Nice report!

Did the staff not tell you about the Concorde Room, which is the “real” first class lounge? As other posters have said, this is a better lounge than the misleadingly named “First Class Lounge”.

If they didn’t point that out to you, then that’s a bad show from them.

We had 3 BA flight attendants help us thru customs in Chicago in 2019...thats why we only fly British Airways across the pond

I especially LOVE the tables that open or pull out like in this review because it doesn’t open above your stomach or lap!!! You have all that spectacular space and it’s quality as well!! Huge kudos British Airlines for that! It makes a world of a difference....

I love British Airways! Always travel with them. Their food is pretty good; varied, delicious and generous portions - the service is friendly; above and beyond.

I have flew economy and business and either is excellent - with business being even better.

The only downside is that tickets are pricey but worth every penny, if you want the reassurance that you will be treated with great care and made aware that your custom matters.

Other downside is the flight has to come to an end which leaves me slightly sad. I am never in a hurry to leave. Why rush a good thing?

Nice to see the interaction from a FA; that rarely happens in premium cabins...service tends to be rushed and robotic, at times. So comical to see comments from people adding, almost inserting scolding remarks on what you should have done- it's a travel video, people...chill and either enjoy, or don't watch it.

This was the first company I ever flew first class in, I just remember feeling so comfortable and that I wanted to stay on the plane longer it was a great flight definitely recommend them. On the other hand I went first class with American Airlines I think that’s what’s it called but I’m not entirely sure, but that’s beside the point, it was no where near as nice as this, the power outlet wasn’t working and the screen was fairly outdated could’ve just been my flight or plane but everything else was ok. I flew from Sydney Australia to the America to Heathrow fairly long flight had a much better experience with Brit airways.

I think you were a bit light on the commentary and no mention of the amenity kit being from LIBERTY of London. Also, why didn't you use the Concorde Lounge. Something you also kind of hit on is the BA service. BA's hard product is often mediocre, but their soft product is amazing.
