I love Linux and I'll always be using it so I'm glad to see that it seems like more people are getting interested in the OS

Linux with the transition to Wayland to newcomers is like a quote from Fight Club movie:

> “You met me at a very strange time in my life.”

Nik, your videos on other topics not doing as well is just how YouTube works, viewers come for 1 particular subject and too many viewers just aren't interested in video's on the other subject. The problem for you is that the algorithm detects a lower than common interest in those videos so consequently the algorithm recommends these videos less. The simple solution: simply start a 2nd channel and build up an audience for that topic in the organic way just like you did for your 1st channel.

Linux has become easy to a point, where i learned to passthrough my single gpu to my VM before learning the concept of stdout and stderr.

Linux in a somewhat bumpy though mostly smooth transition to Wayland right when Win10 is losing it's support. Not the best timing, but hey.

sometimes in "historical news" videos there are information about some tools or stuff that can be useful

It's true. The most popular video on my channel in terms of how fast it garnered 100k+ views is Linux-related.

Not for me. The day ALL my Windows apps and games have Linux versions OR can be run on Linux without any problems, THEN I'II switch. Believe me I would love to switch but there's just to many problems to make it a viable alternative.

*Apps development is too slow, boring and without incentive, Linux should be "free as in freedom", not as in "free candy", because the absence of incentive, make s it communist and boring and not competitive, maybe there should be paid apps or community subscription plans, like some pay for it to get it first & get updated first, while others can't use it until it reaches the profit target for the devs maybe there should be some non intrusive ads, like text ads*

Dont worry, people will leave Linux once they find out most distros have never been fixed in over 2 decades of online asking/complaint. Ive already ditched 20 distros for not being able to manually select monitor refresh rate, a dark visual mode, & tons of other stuff that Linux devs have totally fumbled the ball!
