Kyle's story furthers my belief that 911 dispatchers should automatically begin tracing a call so that if they can't understand the caller, they can still get help to them, which is not easy, seeing as tracing it takes time they may not have.

20:53 The last story is actually in Cincinnati (where I live). Seven Hills is a pretty affluent school, so I'm surprised that there wasn't campus security that could have found him. I'm also surprised I hadn't heard of the story before, considering I do pay attention to the news.
