How to modify \etc\hosts file to point a domain to a specific IP (windows)

1) Open Command Prompt as Administrator
2) Type cd drivers\etc and press Enter
3) Type notepad hosts and press Enter
4) Type IP and domain associated with
5) Save and close file
6) Clear cache and reopen browser *
