Feeding the 5,000: The Rest of the Story (John 6)

Many only know the story of Jesus' miracle of feeding the 5,000 in the Children's Sunday School class sense and have never studied out all of the other things happening in that passage in view of the totality of scripture. From the Lord's Supper to Old Testament Messianic prophecies to the understanding of the intimate spiritual nature of salvation and sanctification in the believer, there is a lot more going there than a story how a little boy gave up his lunchable to help Jesus.
