As i get ready, and my assistant prepares my weapons of war, i tell you i will win because i am simply the best there is alongside the best the galaxy has to offer, we cannot be stopped and we are here to win.
The Scintillan Fusiliers are Astra Militarum regiments raised on the Hive World of Scintilla, the absolute most amazing world in the imperium, it is the capital world of the Calixis Sector in the Segmentum Obscurus.
Guardsmen of these elite combined arms regiments are recruited from the highest-ranking (best and greatest all around) members of the Scintillan aristocracy.
These forces are comprised of the spoiled (in greatness) sons and daughters of Scintillan nobility, who receive the Departmento Munitorum's highest training and equipment, because you know what, they deserve it.
