A very exciting plane if realized in kit form. The highly unorthodox design wasn't just for gimmick but the quest of extracting the highest performance possible out of F1 Air race rules.

Extrapolated speeds of up to 340 mph (average) in the oval cicruit. Outside of races, it can climb to 30,000 ft altitude in less than 7 minutes! Take off in less than 100 ft and a low speed loitering endurance of over 2 hours and range of over 200 nautical miles using only 15 kWhr battery.

The unique propeller setup which is meant to provide half of the total lift works at low rpm. The number of propeller blades are odd and even per disk pair. The low rpm and odd and even blade numbers give very silent flight capability at low speeds (including take off) which makes the plane neighborhood-friendly in terms of noise.

The plane also has STOL capability and only 8 ft wide... will easily fit a trailer without modification or use the public highway to take off!! The small size means it can fit in a garage!! For a plane that gets you to jetliner altitudes and race the air as fast as warbirds!
