Superbike wins race against fighter jet, aircraft, Tesla and Formula one car

A superbike outpaced a fighter jet, aircraft, Tesla and three sports cars, including a Redbull Formula one race car, during a two-day test race at an aerospace and technology festival in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Kawasaki H2R, driven by former Supersport World Champion Kenan Sofuoglu, outpaced its rivals by 0.04 seconds.

Sooo you are all complaining that the F1 should have had different tyres and a more modern car... That bike is stock. You can buy it for the same price as the F1 steering wheel. It comes with a key, you turn it, press the starter button and you can ride it. How many of you even have a hint on how to start an F1 without a crew (is that even possible)? You want wider tyres on the F1? The H2r has the contact patch smaller than a credit card. And let's not forget the TONNES of aero on the F1 versus 2 slightly shaped wing mirrors on the bike. Not to mention that the bike is not only traction but also wheelie limited in acceleration. Also there are 2 planes and passenger cars on this race. How should have they moddified their vehicles?? JATOs on the private jet? Moddify the sports cars until they are dragstrip monsters?

This is a PR stunt, you want to argue over who/what is faster? Go watch a race.

How many runs did they do? it is clearly that this video shows more than one. In one video F1 car spins the wheels, and gets a grip only when aerodynamics kicks in.

We all Know that at the end, H2R is faster, but what impress me, is the start of the Tesla… Holy cow ! Not bad for a two tones car...

The jet is equivalent to a car that can reach 1500mph with only one gear ratio. I mean the engine is capable to accelerate the plane if connected to shaft shaft, gearbox that put power to the wheels at the limit of any tyre available and accelerate constantly up to more than 500mph.

I've been waiting for this day all my life. The past has seen the like of Top Gear, Fifth gear where they put stock superbikes with F1 Cars, Speed boats and Jets! Finally the H2R took precedence... Finally.

Some people saying they should have raced with a Mercedes F1 car or Ferrari with full battery pack and this and that...it wouldn't be necessary. If only the F1 had a good start without spinning through 3rd and 4th it would have won. Look at the gap between them at the start and at where the F1 car finishes. Front wing right by the bike's rear wheel.
