I’ve done this in my 30’s, afterwards I felt like I was 21 again. Now I’m 51 and I tried it last week, my body aches and feels like I’m 71. I pass the torch to all the young beast out there.Enjoy your youth and capitalize on opportunities.

6 pullups 12 pushups 18 squats x 30 rounds 5 to 10 rounds is the AIM... i am doing only 3 to 4 rounds plus other push and pull calisthenics and for shoulders and more back Elastic bands . very AWESOME THANKS for the MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION!!!!

Folks, i’m 58 and I do this every day. My Fitbit tells me to move every hour between 8 AM and 6 PM and I do this every hour. Takes five minutes (I do vacuums and cross crunches also). I don’t do all those reps at once, of course, that would kill me.

Holy shit, this is like the best workout atmosphere I’ve ever seen. Nice rooftop terrace with raining hitting you while you’re working out, I want this 😂
