I was at western state lunatic asylum child study treatment center in Steilacoom Ave in Tacoma wa perce County. In 1979
I was 7yrs old and again when I was 15yr old 1987 for 3 months and was released as a out patient and now I am 49 and still out patient. And now I got to wait for western state in lakewood wa. To have more staff to return for my mental illness revaluation .because of my abnormal slow brain wave. And seizures. Hallucination and delirium. Unbalanced fluid in the brain. But I am not dangerous mental patient. And I'm under department of developmental agency in spokane washington.
