Probably has the top set to RT with TAA and no upscaling with the bottom having DLSS enabled, I have a 7900xt and I get 165 fps solid in FN with RT/1440P/FSR Epic

Firstly the bottom is chapter 3 and the top is chapter 4 yk the most demanding chapter they released yet with an entire different game engine
