Anecdote : I had a friend who borrowed a lot of my clothes as a young teenager, and she never gave one piece of clothing back. I’m talking at least 30 pieces of clothing. And a few months later she stopped asking me to borrow stuff, and she was buying all designer clothes and has been ever since…..and never explained where my clothes(not designer but decent and cute stuff) went. This was about a decade ago and that’s when a whole lot of crazy shit started happening to me in rapid succession…I’ve only made it as far as I have because I am such a hard worker and a fighter and still believe in the power of Jesus ..I have felt in my gut she did some spell work with my stuff. I actually think a couple people have done similar to me not with clothes specifically but something else connected to me…I’ve had people openly wish death and distress on me for not doing what they want me to do like a puppet..Focused on trying to break these covenants and strongholds. It's funny that you talk about a persons spirit being caged, because those are the words I used as a child to describe how I felt, and I was only ten-years-old. My mother was involved in spiritual things she probably should not have dabbled with, and I believe I received a curse because of that. Use to look to the sky for help from God. Never came. I'm 53 now. Nothing has changed. I'm not living, just existing. Thank you for this post.

1 cup sea salt
Light a candle
Pray
Mediate or whatever you do.
Make sure to dunk you head under the water as far as you can....
