I had a ‘69 GTO 400HO Ram Air IV. Muncie M22 “Rock Crusher” 4-speed. Tuned by “
Mr Pontiac” Nunzi Romano of Nunzi’s Automotive Brooklyn NY. The only car that could beat it was my ‘70 Chevelle SS454 LS6, Cowl Induction, M22 4-speed. Tuned by Joel Rosen of Motion Performance Long Island NY.

My neighbor had the 455 big block. That thing would go. Felt like my neck was breaking every time he shifted gears.

Formula for a low information, low effort video short that will still make money or attract people to your main channel: a few tidbits of information that most car guys already know, some video clips that are in the public domain and a crappy AI narrator and there you have it. Then you can get engagement from a lot of people who used to have one or whose dad, brother, friend, third cousin twice removed etc had one, a few who still have one, some whose dad, brother, friend, third cousin twice removed etc had a different car that they think somehow relates to the car that the video is talking about and yes, people like me complaining about or making fun of the crappy narration. It’s still engagement though and it still makes money and drives people to your main channel.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, one or two or maybe a few mentioning that horsepower ratings were deliberately underrated for insurance purposes.

They all sand bagged back in the day. Dodge was the worst I think.

They were okay, not really anything special, compared to what was available back then in comparison.

ALL the manufacturers did this for insurance purposes. All they did was pick a part of the graph that showed the HP at a given rpm and said that was the HP.

It was rated at 360, because it had 360. Those cars are slow.

You're missing the rammer 5 which was the high ribbon bullet big black with no warranty.

The lower HP ratings were for insurance purposes .. kept the rates lower
