Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Yes! Face to face was always being asked! Always refused. He was unreal ‘I’m definitely going to start my own life now if you don’t reply’, ‘you never loved me’, ‘my son misses you’, ‘my sister loves you’. No contact for 3 weeks and it feels liberating but heartbreaking at the same time. Love your videos, they really help and explained what I was dealing with
I think he has another source as he’s not even attempting to make contact, the poor woman doesn’t know what she’s in for 🥺

Lol I'm the WORST person for a narc to mess with because they may hurt me, but I have NEVER been silent about abuse and never will be silent about abuse.
I have nothing to hide, so they can threaten to 'expose' me all they want - I say "go ahead".
I stopped deleting and started keeping as much of communication as possible when dealing with an abuser and so I can expose them and have proof if/when others question my reality (and to share with law enforcement/therapists if need be).

Honestly, it feels like both the narc and the survivor act similar at times. My narc refused face to face because she could lie better when texting and gaslight much more efficiently. At discard I wanted face to face to get truth and accountability. She LOL’d my requests, made promises to do so, but never did and just kept saying how she was living her best life as she abandoned her kids and went on a drug spree. Not all face to face requests are narcissistic. Some are desperate pleas for a person to get the abuser to hear and understand the confused and gaslit victim.

I can't tell you how many times I got texts saying, "learn how to communicate like an adult" when I didn't want to speak over the phone or in-person while they were trying to hoover me.

My dad unalived himself in front of us when we were young (he was on drugs and driven to this point by my narc mom). When narc mom is overly upset and having a meltdown she threatens to unalive herself too.
Not only is this overdramatic and manipulative, it's also terrorizing her children that literally have PTSD.
I've called her out on it and she just responds with her forced innocence voice "I didn't mean it". Yeah fucking right. 🙄
