Air France 777 Business Class

In this video, we'll hop aboard an Air France Boeing 777-300 on a long haul flight from their home base of Paris Charles De Gaulle, France through to Seoul (Incheon), South Korea. Overall, it was a strong showing from Air France. Going into the the experience, it didn't quite know what to expect. On the one hand, I knew I'd be likely to get their latest seat but was unsure just how good to holistic experience would be. I felt they slightly over-delivered vs expectations with the catering, service and many aspects of the seat being real stand out elements. On the seat, as I know that is really important, I felt it had a real touch of quality to it, especially on those key 'touch points'. All too often, cheap plastics find their way into premium cabins these days and they never, ever look good. The catering as the video looks at in detail was a real standout and for sure my highest area of expectation...they didn't disappoint. 4 choices for the main course in a Business Class cabin is phenomenal.In terms of areas for improvement, cabin cleanliness was an issue getting on, this is more ground operations but so important in any cabin, let alone upfront in the Business Class.
