Your "sweet bread" is called a "brioche" mon cher, and more specifically, it is a "brioche parisienne" (Parisian brioche), easily recognizable because it has a little ball on top, a "hat" (un chapeau). Voilà, you know everything about it now :) Bon appétit !

Point of the little trackpad : use the screen with your seat fully leaned back (your hand should't be able to touch the screen in this position), and secondly use the screen without leaving fingerprints on it (cleaner display for the flight)

I would imagine the trackpad would come in handy when the seat is in the reclined/bed mode as the screen would no longer be in arm's reach.

Terrific video, and nice timing. Glad to see the new business class and compare it to SANSpotter's video yesterday showing the old business product from CDG to SFO. How much extra cost are the extra space seats? Probably be my preference as I am tall with large feet. Regarding the meals, odd that both had the strawberries with white chocolate.
