Vic Firth Rudiment Challenge | Single Paradiddle

The paradiddle, the first rudiment you hear of and the one that gives you the most trouble when you are just starting. However it is one of the most important rudiments as most others build off techniques developed while mastering the paradiddle. The paradiddle is similar to the single stroke roll with an accent beat on 1 and 3 but instead of alternating hands all the way through, you repeat hands on the "2 and" count and the "4 and" making the sticking pattern
