There are the decades when nothing happen and there are the weeks where decades happen.

It’s not treason
it's a special military operation .

this was actually pretty insane to see unfolding real time. that had to be a record, fastest "enemy" push through russia, fastest "successful" and "failed" revolt all in one, possibly categorized as a civil war and then potentially the quickest one to end in both parties being satisfied, the most publicly broadcasted and "transparent" war. We know a ton of the details quickly in a time when you may expect things to be more hush hush. its strange seeing a militia openly push like that, bringing social media into it, negotiating over news broadcasts, its like the world is playing risk and we are seeing all the pieces move, with the only information missing being what people are thinking and what whispered deals are being made. it would seem that even war cannot escape the clutches of modern media and technology.

Prigozhin is a real life Bond villain. Just rolling around with 25k troops, $47m cash in cardboard boxes, threatening to take Putin's nukes. Dude is a beast.

Prigozhin may find himself accidentally falling out of a window sometime soon.

It is pretty hard to win a war when your own army is fighting among themselves.

For a moment Russian army was the 2nd strongest army in Russia. Impressive.

Prigozhin making the deal and thinking he'll see 2024 is probably the most delusional thing he's done

Wager trying to show the Russian MOD what a real 3-day operation looks like

Those were certainly the weirdest 24 hours in the whole war.

I can only imagine the pain of kids learning modern russian history.

Now that was a true ''special military operation'' :)

The illusion of invincibility around Putin has been forever shattered. Prigozhin may be the first, but he most definitely won’t be the last.

When you have most of your ground troops in Ukraine, then Prigozhin started a revolt inside Russia where you only have either rear echelon and reservists to resist battle hardened Wagner, though the Russian government still has most of their airpower available.

This aged like fine milk. Pringles never should've stopped the march. ✈💥

This isn't over. Believe me nothing's ever this easy in Russia.

Tomorrow, the Wagner chief jumps off a hotel room window.

The coup attempt has shown how precarious a position Putin is in. His plane flew out of Moscow just after his announcement, and was never confirmed to be in Moscow afterwards. The blockages were truly desperate, and not anything a motivated opponent could not easily circumvent. Most telling is that there will be no repurcussions for taking over military facitities and shooting down six helicopters and one air plane. Imagine anyone doing something similar in the Western world and be given amnesty?

No way this is the end of this. Prigozhin knows he's an assassination target now. Does anybody actually think he's going to retire in Belarus?

Priggy was simply going to visit Moscow. There was no need to panic
