The pedestrian always has the right of way. Even if they don't, they do. Better to brake than hit a dumb kid who doesn't know what "the right of way" is.

im 25, i got my license 2 years ago, for reference i didnt go to drivers ed i just skipped it. i took the test twice. first test was an instant failure cause i didnt know hand signals lol. second time (same instructor dude had the vibes of he failed the military and police academy so not someone that you wanted to be around cause they were just dead inside, anyways) it was so hot out i did end hitting a curb, and then when i had to parallel park i asked "how do you want me to park" my adhd brain thinking "theres 2 ways to park around this singular car i either parallel park in front or behind it using the car as reference." dude was just like "theres only one way to parallel park." which yes there is, i decided to park behind the car. in the end i probably should have failed the second test because of the curb which on the testing sheet is labelled as an instant failure, but because it was maybe 95-100 degrees and that dude was the only instructor. he passed me. lollll

Thats not the case here in brazil, u just get the ticket sent to you by mail, together with a picture of when u were when you were speeding and the speed that u were going at.

I’m surprise Leslie still has a drivers license. Since she makes most of her friends sick. Also watching Leslie play this game also cause me to get sick which I hardly do with other people drive. Leslie and ExtraEmily needs to get a drivers licenses check yearly. They both do things that I question how are they still able to drive legally.

I almost ran over a cyclist at a 4 way stop because he didn't bother stopping so I had to slam on the brakes in the middle of the intersection, it scared the hell out of me. I thought I failed mine too but my instructor said I did really well

A former friend of mines husband failed because he didn't stop coming out of the parking lot at the very beginning of the test lol

honestly I forgot to use turn signal twice, drove a mf long road without looking to the right at crossroads at all, AND I almost backed into a pedestrian getting out of a parking space.

This one is at least slightly understandable. If you calculate their walking speed you might be through the area by the time they're crossing. But you gotta stop, because cars might be behind you, and you have to give ample room for the people walking, as well as not look like you're just a crazy idiot.

no one who grew up in NA ooks left and right before crossing the road, they all just look at the lights 😂 its so surreal seeing it for the first time, they trust the light more than they trust some drunk driver behind the wheels 😂

I thought at cross walks, pedestrians had the right of way, since you know they can’t hurt your car but your car could kill them, it’s no wonder she failed you instantly if you couldn’t even understand that that, then did you even reallly study the written part?
