I always dissociate when driving. Too many things to focus on at once and there's always at least one thing i'm gunna forget to do and if i don't it's because i'm putting 100% of my focus on the driving and everything else is out the window. Can't even have conversations in the car cuz it takes too much focus. But that's just the adhd
