My baby was given with first dose of rotateq vaccination for 6 weeks and later second dose with rotasure for 10 weeks, does it effect my baby and what should be the 3rd dose is it rota teq or rotasure for 14 weeks? Please provide your inputs.

My son got his 2nd rotovirus vaccine at 4 months old. 2 hours later he started having explosive diarreah that smelled strongly of rotten eggs. Thus horrible diareah lasted for over 11 days and every single diaper 24/7 was filled with this diareah. He got dehydrated and so sick. Pediatrician said he got rotovirus from the rotovirus vaccine. My question is, because he had a reaction to this, does it mean he could have more reactions to further vaccines? I'm not giving him anymore rotovirus ones, but what about the others? Is he more likely to react since he had such a horrible reaction?
