What’s your favorite cut of steak? Lately I can’t get enough of Picanha. I reverse seared this Snake River Farms American Wagyu Picanha on my Traeger Grills. I cooked it at 225° until it was about 120° and then seared it on the Ranger. Rested the whole thing for about 30 minutes and then sliced it up.

That thing is so raw that if you went to the vet with it he could probably bring it back to life..
