Looks good I would change a couple things to make it perfect: 
- throw in the Switch Aggregation 10G behind the UDM SE to get some more 10G ports. 
- dedicate the switch enterprise 8 poe to access points. Basically don't buy new 2.5 G network cards just for this switch. Use 10G for your desktop and NAS. I
- the 24 port switch is kind of limited with 1 Gbps uplink but maybe it'll work for you.
- Because its very, very easy for ISP to add capacity to fiber. You may want to upgrade to 2, 5 or 10 gigabit in the near term and 2.5G will hold you back
