Mark should do a series called "3 not scary games" where there games that are meant to be scary but aren't actually scary

I think that one of the inspirations from the first game (referring to the ending scene) is from Tomie, a Junji Ito story about a girl that LITERALLY cannot die. She could be stabbed, sliced to bits, she would regrow back to her normal form. And also if she gets slice to bits like maybe just a piece of her head left, she would start regrow from 2 parts, the head and the body itself (kinda like mutliplying). As seen from the ending, she was in the bathtub just the head of her, she then said something about letting herself grow, which is like in the manga. where she would like to ask the person to give her food (usually expensive food) to make her grow again after she gets killed or maybe her head is still there.

And also if you're wondering how she can get killed that badly is because, she is portrayed to be so beautiful and perfect, that every man that fell in love with her, would grew of a sense to kill her (specifically chopping her to bits) just because of either the fear of losing her to someone else, or just because that she just makes them really angry.

as you can probably see, I'm a big Junji Ito fan.

I feel like the first game is inspired by junji ito's "tomie". The girl that can continuously respawn from her mutilated body parts

I think mark is definitely the first person to promote his podcast while being grabbed by a claw in a horror game
