i used to not use squid heads either till a buddy told me he always uses squid head for sharks well I had a slow weekend of fishing at ventura so i said the heck with it and I tried it out whole squid head on double dropper loop like 2/0 or 3/0 circle hook bottom hook closest to the weight caught a spotted bay bass then caught a nurse shark on the same hook and same squid head I will always throw a squid head on my big hook on the bottom dropper loop great vid perch keep it up

I’ve been vacuum sealing my bait. it works for me. sometimes I’ll add salt with it. then throw it in the freezer.

Tip#11: Baby oil is great for removing beach tar from your feet.

Any tips on preserving bait so it don’t stink up your freezer .? Sometimes I want to keep some Mack for bait but not sure if it would stink up my freezer also if I did would I have to gut them ?
