Went to Malaysia for the medical checkup. I’m 54 . It was $350 . Included lunch. And was actually 10% off if I paid with Mastercard .
Liked Malaysia and Thailand. In Mexico now. Going back to the US to button things up. Next stop? Seriously considering Albania for a bit. Mainly because of your channel.
Love the videos. Think it’s shows people there is a way off the hamster wheel. Very hard to retire in the US. Especially for blue collar people. Or people that the market or the timing or just life didn’t work out as expected
You can live a quality life for alot less than it is in the states. Maybe even a better quality life. All things considered.

Great list. Thanks for sharing, Dan and Qiang! I've been to most of those places and would agree with you. In Mexico I loved Queretaro but I was even more enamored with nearby Guanajuato. A very unique and beautiful place. Kuala Lumpur and Da Nang are two big favorites for me in SE Asia, but a country that pleasantly surprised me was Cambodia. Really enjoyed my time there. Still need to visit Georgia, but Tirana and Albania are certainly favorites for me in Eastern Europe, along with Slovenia. Appreciate all the boots-on-the-ground research you've done all over the world!

@13:55 i think its because they charge falang 3-4X the prices for locals. its why i went to Malaysia for dentist work cost me $60 that would cost me 250$ in thailand

Never heard of Arequipa. To me climate is my top priority. I looked it up and for me it has perfect year-round climate, better than San Miguel de Allende, MX where I am, which is also very good. I need to visit Arequipa. Gracias.
