I loved this buff from the second I saw it. Never understood why it was so looked over. Get the bonuses of weapon surge mods + the ability to stack grenade kickstarts for that pulse grenade bomb

Jup I threw it on my Titan now as well for pvp. Using it with the new assault rifle and it's crazy. It's like rampage on an exotic that's already hitting like a truck.
